Vietnam Becomes Vice President of Asia-Pacific UNESCO Clubs and Associations

Thai cyclist wins 3rd stage of Binh Duong International Women’s Cycling Tournament

This stage is one of the most arduous challenges of this year’s Binh Duong International Women’s Cycling Tournament, stretching about 120 kilometers from Thong Nhat District in southern Dong Nai Province to Bao Loc City in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong. The cyclists had to conquer both Chuoi Pass and Bao Loc Pass, with the latter being the highlight of the stage. Before reaching Bao Loc Pass, Tran Thi Ngoc Trang of Team Vinh Long attempted to separate herself from the rest but she failed. Trang was caught up by other strong contenders, namely Shoko Kashiki of Team Biwase – Binh Duong, Nguyen Thi Thi and Nguyen Thi Thu Mai of Team Tap Doan Loc Troi, and Somrat Phetdarin of Team Thailand.  The 10-kilometer Bao Loc Pass posed a lot of challenges to the cyclists, allowing Kashiki and Phetdarin to emerge and lead the group.
