Vietnam Connection Music Festival returns to Hanoi in 2023

The Vietnam Connection Music Festival 2023 will take place this weekend and next weekend in Hanoi, with performances from both domestic and foreign artists. The artists from the Vietnam National Academy of Music (VNAM) and the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra will perform two special concerts titled “Music Night at the Theater” and “German Music Night” on April 14 and 22, respectively, at the Grand Concert Hall, VNAM in My Dinh location, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Réhahn’s Stunning Vietnam Photography Displayed at French Hometown

Led by his love of travelling and meeting people, Réhahn visited more than 35 countries before making his home Hoi An. He is renowned for his images of Vietnam, Cuba and India, with some citing him as a photographer who captures the souls of his models. Creating New Impetus for Vietnam-Laos Cooperation

Although the visit was only over 30 hours, President Vo Van Thuong had 18 rich activities in Vientiane with many specific results. It has created a new and important impetus for the Vietnam-Laos relationship in all channels and fields. The visit contributes to the effective implementation of high-level agreements of the two Parties and countries, especially the Vietnam-Laos Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the 2021-2030 period and the bilateral cooperation agreement from 2021-2025. Momin Ishaq with his low-cost egg incubator (Image: ANI) A 10-year-old Kashmiri boy, Momin Ishaq, has designed a low-cost egg incubator after a sincere and dedicated effort of over two years, which could potentially contribute economically and efficiently to the poultry business. Studying in the second grade at a government school and a resident of Munad Guffan village in Kulgam district of South Kashmir, Momin’s innovation is likely to make the poultry business cheaper in the foreseeable future. His invention intends to benefit small-scale farmers and the local chicken industry by creating a controlled environment for egg hatching. Momin’s amazement with the market’s profusion of multicoloured chicks led to his desire to build an incubator. Speaking to the ANI, Momin said, “I was rearing desi (broiler) chickens, but they weren’t hatching eggs. Ancient wells supply water to 8,000 villagers on this Vietnamese island

Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper reporters followed a concrete path from the heart of Tam Hai to Thuan An Village, near Ban Than Cape, which is an attraction on the island, to reach the two ancient wells under the guidance of some locals. On a clean and clear land lot, the journalists saw one of the two aged wells, which does not appear to be different from modern ones at first glance.  It is around ten meters deep and is made of brick, with a round mouth and a wall of concrete. However, there is a horizontal cave down the well, according to locals.
