Mister Grand International 2023 to be held in Vietnam in November

According to the contest’s official Facebook page, the competition is scheduled to take place in November this year, with designer and director Le Tran Dac Ngoc selected as the head of the organizing committee. Ngoc is also one of the four owners of the Mister Grand International pageant, marking an international beauty contest co-owned by a Vietnamese national, Voyage Group said in its announcement. Mister Grand International was first held in 2017 in the Philippines and will celebrate its sixth edition this year, recognizing men’s qualities such as masculinity, sportsmanship, and social influence. High-rise buildings hidden amid dense fog in Hanoi

At 8 a.m. on April 12, the Grand Plaza Hanoi Hotel building on Tran Duy Hung street in Cau Giay district can barely be seen amid thick white mist. High-rise buildings are lost under the thick mist. Tran Duy Hung street is left looking gloomy under a haze of fog. Dense fog descends on Cau Giay district. Fog limits the visibility of drivers. Many high-rise buildings on Nguyen Van Huyen street are lost beneath grey mist at 9:30 a.m. on April 12. The weather has high levels of humidity and is forecast to last till April 14. Poetic beauty of Perfume Pagoda in Bombax Ceiba Blossom season

When the warm spring sun begins to light up the streets, it is also the time when fresh flowers bloom brilliantly in the famous Huong or Perfume Pagoda on the outskirts of Hanoi. The Bombax Ceiba, called  Hoa Gao  in Vietnamese, is considered a typical spring flower of Hanoi. It is widely planted downtown and in the famous pagoda in Huong Son Commune, My Duc District.  When summer knocks at the door, it is time for the Bombax Ceiba tree to “change clothes”. All the leaves fall off, leaving the tree with only flowers.  The bright red color of the blossoms adds to the poetic scenery of the century-old pagoda. Halong Tourism Week 2023 will be held from April 29 to May 3, 2023, according to the Halong City People’s Committee. The Carnaval Halong Festival street parade has become the rendezvous destination of Halong vacation and art lovers.  The highlight of the event is Halong Carnival 2023, themed “The Halong Dance – In harmony with the five continents”, which will be held on May 1 at 8 pm on Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City. The 15th Halong Carnival will consist of four parts, including the opening ceremony, a main stage art performance, a street parade and a low-level fireworks display.
