“Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2022” honors 48 golf courses and tourism service suppliers

The awarding ceremony of “Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2022” was held on October 13 in Hanoi.

The “Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2022” was held on October 13 in Hanoi.

The event was jointly organized by Vietnam Golf & Leisure Magazine, the Vietnam Golf Association, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the General Department of Sports and Physical Training.

Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2022 features 48 awards, including the “Top Ten Best Golf Courses” Award and other prizes for golf and travel service providers.

Hoiana Shores Golf Club won the “Best Golf Course in Vietnam 2022, while Ocean Course belonging to PGA NovaWorld Phan Thiet, was honored as “Vietnam’s Best New Golf Course 2022”. The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram Strip was the “The Most Challenging Golf Course 2022”.

Speaking at the awarded ceremony, Nguyen Trung Khanh, Chairman of the Vietnam Tourism General Department, said that Vietnam’s golf tourism is gradually affirming its attractiveness and position worldwide.

Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards is a great effort of organizers in promoting golf movement among the community, urging golf courses to upgrade their services, and contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam as an ideal destination for international golfers,” he stated.

For five consecutive years since 2017, the World Golf Awards Organization (WGA) has honored Vietnam as Asia’s Best Golf Destination. Especially in 2019 and 2021, Vietnam was honored as the World’s Best Golf Destination.
