Strategic Partnership Between Vietnam and Turkey to Strengthen Enterprise Cooperation
The F-Istanbul event is a prestigious annual gathering that unites the food industry in Turkey. It proudly brings together Turkey’s key partners from the EU and the Middle East, showcasing an impressive array of 479 booths representing nearly 40 countries. The event aims to facilitate collaboration between enterprises looking to enhance cooperation, exchange knowledge, and facilitate import-export operations in various sectors such as food and beverage, nuts, dried fruit, snacks, production technology, packaging, and retail store design and construction.

During the event, Ambassador Do Son Hai held meetings with executives from F-Istanbul, leading enterprises in Turkey, and other countries in the region. He also took the time to visit various booths.
“Vietnam is well known for its expertise in exporting various agricultural products, including nuts, spices, fresh and dried fruits. As the Marketing Director of F-Istanbul, I strongly encourage Turkish businesses to explore opportunities for collaboration with the vibrant Vietnamese business community in the lucrative food industry.”

During the exhibition, Ambassador Hai engaged in discussions with Havva and various Turkish enterprises, highlighting the immense potential for collaboration between Vietnamese and Turkish businesses within the food industry. The Ambassador emphasized that the Embassy is committed to actively facilitating and fostering connections between enterprises from both countries, ultimately enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s markets. He also expressed his optimism and encouraged Vietnamese enterprises to consider participating in next year’s exhibition.

During the working trip, Ambassador Do Son Hai and the delegation from Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, led by Standing Deputy Secretary and Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly, Dang Ngoc Huy, held a meeting with member enterprises of the Turkey-Vietnam Business Council.
During the meeting, Dang Ngoc Huy provided an overview of the important details and potential of Quang Ngai province. This included information regarding the province’s location, socioeconomic status, social-cultural values, local community, and investment environment.
According to Huy, the province has great potential to attract a larger number of Turkish investors and businesses, with a specific emphasis on clean and organic agriculture, energy, and tourism.

The official expressed his desire for the Vietnamese Embassy in Turkey and the Turkey-Vietnam Business Council to facilitate the connection between Quang Ngai province and an appropriate region in Turkey for future collaboration.
The Chairman of the Turkey-Vietnam Business Council, Murat Atik, has conveyed his positive impression of the remarkable potential of Quang Ngai province. He further affirmed his commitment to share this valuable information with the domestic enterprise community and emphasized the importance of maintaining a close alliance with the region as well as the Vietnamese Embassy in Turkey.

The delegation from the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a fruitful meeting with representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Turkish Tourism Development and Promotion Agency. The purpose of this meeting was to share experiences in preserving cultural values and historical relics, as well as leveraging economic and tourism growth opportunities.
