Miss World Vietnam 2023 Crowned by Binh Dinh Beauty

Huynh Tran Y Nhi, a student from the International University under the Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, has been chosen to represent Vietnam at the prestigious Miss World competition in 2024. Standing at 1.75 meters tall with body measurements of 79-59-89 centimeters, Nhi previously achieved the second runner-up title at a beauty contest for Binh Dinh students in 2023.

In the finale of the Miss World Vietnam 2023 pageant, Dao Thi Hien from Nghe An Province and Huynh Minh Kien from Ninh Thuan Province secured the first and second runner-up titles, respectively.

The panel of judges for the beauty contest included fashion designer Le Thanh Hoa, actress Van Trang, Miss World Vietnam 2019 Luong Thuy Linh, Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha, and Miss Vietnam 2018 Tran Tieu Vy. The competition consisted of various rounds, including the ao dai (Vietnamese traditional costume), swimsuit, evening gown, and Q&A competitions, which determined the top 20, top 10, top five, and top three finalists.

Miss World 2021, Karolina Bielawska, was also present at the finale of Miss World Vietnam 2023 as a honored guest. The event, held at the MerryLand Quy Nhon in Quy Nhon City, attracted over 15,000 spectators.

The Miss World Vietnam competition was first held in 2019, with Luong Thuy Linh from Cao Bang Province emerging as the winner. After a pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the competition returned in 2022 and crowned Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong from Dong Nai Province as the Miss World Vietnam.
